Trouble Report and Accessories Purchase 1. Submit a Trouble Report
If you could file a trouble report correctly, you will gain more time for accessories purchase and troubleshooting.
Filing a trouble report is to promptly and accurately hand over trouble information to the higher service department by means of word and picture.
You will be required to supply the following information: problem description (with pictures), the initial inspection process and result, the adopted repair measures and effect, as well as the current state and the maintenance history of the machine. The intent is to make the personnel (who is not on the scene) analyzing and working a problem as quickly as possible.
When submitting a trouble description report, service personnel should objectively describe the symptoms of machine failure in detail. The report should include, but not limited to: the description of machine status, working conditions and job object (before and after the trouble is detected).
When LONKING service department receives the trouble information, our staff will determine the source of trouble and give a repair plan based on trouble description and the pertinent information.
Then the on-site service personnel can carry out the repair work according to the repair plan.
2. Accessories Purchase
An accessory guarantee is an important link in the complete after-sales service system. When you purchase accessories from LONKING, you must provide accurate parts information and the exact amount of purchase according to the spare parts atlas. Then you should fill in the "Accessories Quotation Confirmation Form" and send it to LONKING sales manager. And our manager will work together with you to deal with other issues. After all these are finished, our sales manager will hand over the purchase list to the parts support department for procurement and consignment.
