Features of Empty Container Stacker:
1. Good visibility is assured by the high-strength, wide-view and 2-stage mast of which the inner and outer crossbars are superposed on each other at any stack height of container.
2. KESSLER axle made in Germany with reasonable design, high strength, heavy duty, good reliability and safety, and long life. Wet disc brake is with oil cooling loop and nitrogen accumulator which can be automatically activated for supplying emergency braking pressure for more than 6 times when engine is shut off so that safety is assured.
3. DANA TE-17000 transmission from USA. 3 speeds forward and 3 reverse. Automatic shift, reverse protection and synchronization. Ignition in neutral position and micro movement are available.
4. Volvo TAD 720VE engine from Sweden, turbocharged, 6 cylinders, circulated water cooling,electronically controlled injection, low noise, low fuel consumption, Tier 2 emission.
5. 20-40 feet telescopic lifting equipment with side shifting makes the operation flexible and reduces cycle time.
6. Our empty container stacker is equipped with advanced variable piston pump and load-sensing valve for proper hydraulic flow rate and system pressure in accordance with the load so that fuel consumption is less, lifting is easier and power in engine, transmission and hydraulic system is optimized.
7. Box-sectioned chassis, suspended fuel and hydraulic oil tanks. Balanced weight distribution, convenient transportation. Well-organized machine and spacious room provide easy accessibility for maintenance.
8. Components of empty container stacker: CAN bus electronic control system, engine and transmission electronic control unit with fault diagnositcs and alarm. Electrical elements are well arranged for easy maintenance.
9. Ergonomically-designed and spacious cabin with broad and arc windscreen provide good visibility in front and back. Front, upper and rear windscreens are equipped with electrically driven wipers. Heating and air-conditioning make operation environment more comfortable.
10. Our empty container stacker is equipped with Italian HC integrated control handle. All the movements of mast and attachments can be controlled by this handle which facilitates operation and reduces fatigue.
